Purpose of collection

Through the Old Corryong Primary School Site survey, the Upper Murray Community Recovery Committee are collecting information about you to understand how the community would like to use the vacant land that was previously known as the Corryong Primary School junior campus.

The information collected may include your personal [or sensitive] information (as defined by the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic)

This information:

  • Will be used by the Upper Murray Community Recovery Committee to collect feedback on how the community would like to use the vacant land on the Corryong Primary School junior campus site.
  • May be used by the Corryong Recovery Committee to review the feedback provided in this consultation.
  • May also be shared with Towong Shire Council for the purposes outlined above.
  • May be aggregated and/or de-identified and used by the Department of Education and Training to report on and evaluate the progress and outcomes of the Old Corryong Primary School site survey.

By providing the information requested you give consent to the Upper Murray Recovery Committee to collect, store and use your personal and sensitive information for the purposes outlined above, and you consent to the Upper Murray Recovery Committee sharing this information as outlined above.

Storage of information

The Corryong Primary School site survey is housed on the OurRecovery Platform, a web platform provided to the Upper Murray Recovery Committee by Bushfire Recovery Victoria, and built by Harvest. These organisations have access to the data collected through the platform to enable the maintenance, administration and development of the platform.

The Upper Murray Community Recovery Committee, including subcontractors and third-party providers such as Bushfire Recovery Victoria and Harvest, may hold electronic or paper records of the information you provide. 

Any use, storage and disclosure of your personal information will be in line with the requirements of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
